Although I did not get to see the flowers, I was impressed with the personal service. The florist called me to ask about alternatives to the one of the flowers in the bouquet that was unavailable. I was happy that they called and felt satisfied that they would do a good job. If they are that attentive to customers, they will be at least that attentive when making up a bouquet.

The online purchase was a breeze! Kelly then called me almost immediately to tell me that she was out of the bromeliads but that she had an assortment of other items in my price range. We agreed on a mixed basket and she apologized again for not having the item in stock.
